Scarlett Johansson, American actress (born on the 22nd of November 1985 New York City New York) is a star who has been praised for her acting abilities across genres such as classic dramas, to thrillers and action films. Johansson was born in New York City, and lived there with her father who was an architect and her mother, a producer. Hunter was her twin and Johansson both were the youngest of four kids. When she was a child she began to develop an enthusiasm for acting and began auditioning commercials when she was seven. She was enrolled at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute shortly after, and later attended the Professional Children's School, Manhattan for further training. She made her debut as an actor in a film North (1994) around the age of nine. At eight, she was a part of Ethan Hawke on Off-Broadway in Sophistry. Johansson then appeared as a character in Just Cause (1995) but her breakthrough was Manny & Lo (1996) which was a film about siblings who are orphaned and run away. The film, The Horse Whisperer, Johansson appeared as a teenager victimized by a tragic accident. In Ghost World, 2001 as the tween who is a solitary Rebecca gained her further recognition. She gained fame for her character of Nell Jones on the CBS successful show NCIS Los Angeles. The Oscar-winning actress is among the principal cast members of the show. Additionally, she's an actor on stage. Her performances have been spectacular in plays like Wildflower. Renee Felice Smith started her acting career at a young age. She was a performer since she was a child. With the help of her parents Smith got her first acting gig in the age of 6. Smith was in a television commercial for Dannon yogurt. Like many other actresses starting out she decided to hone her art in the realm of theater. She was involved in various productions across the USA while she was making her stage debut. She studied at The Stonestreet Studios Conservatory part of the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts'.
